Cryogenic Perlite Introduction:
Cryogenic Perlite is used for thermal insulation in low temperature devices and is created by selecting small particles of mineral sand and heating them with natural gas as a heat source in a vertical shaft kiln. The reinforced product is sprayed with organic silicon on the surface of expanded perlite to form a hydrophobic structure, and the product quality meets the requirements of European classification standards.
Main characteristics of Cryogenic Perlite:
It has characteristics such as small capacity, low thermal conductivity, good ultra-low temperature insulation performance, good chemical stability, is non-flammable, non-toxic, odorless, and has sound absorption properties.
Cryogenic Perlite Applications:
Cryogenic Perlite are widely used in air separation equipment factories, such as oxygen production air separation units, natural gas, liquid hydrogen, liquid
nitrogen, liquid oxygen refrigerated transport vehicles, and transport ships. The benefits of this type of insulation are significant, as it can greatly reduce cold losses, energy consumption, and electricity usage. It is also commonly used in industrial equipment and pipeline insulation.
