The area where the factory is situated, Xinyang Shangtianti, boasts of abundant resources and unique endowments. It is home to super large nonmetallic deposits, known as the "No.1 mine in Asia". The mine has numerous advantages, including large reserves, high grade, easy mining, and wide use. The total proven reserves of the mine are 867 million tons, ranking first in Asia and second in the world. The mine consists of four types of minerals: perlite, bentonite, zeolite, and porcelain stone. The reserves of perlite are 127 million tons, bentonite is 630 million tons, zeolite is 60 million tons, and porcelain stone is 50 million tons. The minerals are of excellent quality, low impurities, and have a quality rate of over 70%. This provides longterm and stable raw materials, enabling us to close the loop in upstream and downstream industries from sand making to deep processing. Thus the enterprises have further enhanced their market risk resistance capabilities.
