How to Use Perlite Slag Remover in Foundry Industry?

Perlite slag remover is a highly effective product that can be used in the foundry industry to remove slag from metal surfaces. To use perlite slag remover, first ensure that the metal surface is clean and free from any debris. Then, sprinkle a small amount of the perlite slag remover onto the surface, and use a brush to spread it evenly. Allow the product to sit on the surface for a few minutes, and then use a scraper to remove the slag. Rinse the surface with water to remove any remaining residue. Perlite slag remover is a safe and easy-to-use   product that can help you maintain clean and efficient metal surfaces in your foundry.

To clean the casting solution, it is recommended to use a spoon, shovel, or similar tool to evenly spread "slag remover" near the surface. The "slag remover" will expand and form a film on the surface of the solution, which will bind with any slag or foreign objects to create an expansion body. You can then use rod-shaped tools to remove and discard the expansion   body, leaving you with a clean casting solution.   

The amount of "slag remover" needed will vary depending on the type of casting solution, ladle size, smelting furnace capacity, and usage purpose. Generally, about 0.5-1.5KG of "slag remover" is needed for every ton of casting solution, though steel castings may require more and light stone slag removers less.
